[edit] Plot
When the new neighbors move in across the street from the Hills, their son Caleb (voice of Zoey 101's Paul Butcher), starts to "bully" Hank.
Caleb starts by taunting Hank by reckless behavior on his precious lawn and playing with Hank's prized tools. Then, Caleb starts to call Hank names like "Dusty Old Bones, Full of Green Dust". When Hank tells Caleb's parents about his behavior, they just say how creative Caleb is.
Because of this, Hank has a mental breakdown and takes Caleb's bike to punish him. After that, the boy's parents say that Hank is stealing by taking the boy's bike. The police are called and Hank is forced to bring the bike back to Caleb.
Then, Hank is forced to make Bobby teach Caleb and his parents a lesson. Bobby then imitates Caleb by causing trouble, like annoying his parents and knocking things down. When they complain to Hank about Bobby's reckless behavior, Hank just acts like Caleb's parents and tells them to "just ignore it". Caleb's parents then tell Hank that Caleb is adventurous but Bobby is just a troublemaker. They eventually punish Caleb for riding his bike on Hank's lawn when Bobby threatens to drench them with a water gun full of coffee.
Meanwhile, Dale and Peggy enter a taxidermy contest, when Peggy starts stuffing some of the animals that Dale has killed while exterminating.
