Hanik Milligan (born November 3, 1979 in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands) is a professional American football player, currently playing safety and on special teams for the Arizona Cardinals. He was named to the 2006 Pro Bowl as a member of the San Diego Chargers. A graduate of the University of Houston, he is the younger brother of Hamin Milligan of the Dallas Desperados.

Milligan attended Coconut Creek High School in Coconut Creek, Florida and was a letterman in football. In football, he was named the team's Defensive M.V.P and won All-County honors. Hamik Milligan graduated from Coconut Creek High School in 1997.
