Hand of Blood is the first EP by Welsh metal quartet Bullet for My Valentine. Since this EP is almost the same as the previous, self-titled one (has only one new song) it still has the metalcore sound. It was released on 22nd August, 2005 through Trustkill Records. Hand of Blood was only released in the US, but was available as an import in the UK. Hand of Blood included the single "4 Words (To Choke Upon)", accompanied by a music video, along with "Hand of Blood". The songs 4 Words (To Choke Upon) and "Cries in Vain" were later included on the band's full-length debut, The Poison.
