A hand grenade is a mixed drink sold only at four bars owned by Tropical Isle, Inc. in New Orleans, Louisiana. The drink has a melon taste, is colored yellow-green, and comes in a plastic cup shaped like a hand grenade, with smaller plastic grenades inside the container. The exact recipe is a trade secret. In addition to the beverage itself, Tropical Isle also sells a hand grenade mix in quart and gallon-sized plastic bottles.
