Han Pijesak (Cyrillic: Хан Пијесак) is a town and municipality in Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In 1991, the population of Han Pijesak municipality was 6,346, including:
- 3,699 Serbs (See: Serbs of Bosnia and Herzegovina)
- 2,544 Muslims by nationality (Most Muslims by nationality today consider themselves Bosniaks)
- 68 Yugoslavs
- 7 Croats (See: Croats of Bosnia and Herzegovina)
