[edit] Move to Halifax Ireland

I just move the page to this location (Halifax Ireland) since the consumer banking has now been rebranded as Halifax. I realise Bank of Scotland is still the registered name of the company, but that is meant to be ignored unless it is what it is most commonly known as (WP:NC). However, I'm also aware they've retained the BoS brand for industrial/commercial. The reason I proceeded with the move is because, WP:NC are to use the most common name that doesn't conflict with other things. So I am quite certain that the consumer brand is what will be more recognised (companies can't use Wikipedia - their employees can, but they're consumers). Anyone disagree with my reasoning? Also, anyone think it might be better to split the two? - Рэдхот(tce) 18:45, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
