Hala Hussein

Hala Saddam Hussein (born 1979) is the third daughter of the former president of Iraq, Saddam Hussein and his first wife Sajida Talfah. Hala was the favorite daughter of Saddam Hussein.[citation needed] She despised her older brother Uday because he often raised his voice to his mother and frightened young Hala.[citation needed] Hala's father arranged for her to marry General Kamal Mustafa Abdallah Sultan al-Tikriti in 1998.The couple have two children.
In 2003, when United States President George W. Bush ordered the Hussein family to leave Iraq in 48 hours, Hala and her mother left in separate military planes her mother going to an unknown destination and Hala like her sisters Raghad and Rana was granted assylum from king Abdullah and resides in Amman Jordan with her husband and 2 children.
