Hair Licked/Gutter Balls was the tenth episode of the second season of the Animated Television series Rocko's Modern Life.

In this Story, Rocko is getting his picture taken for the O-Town newspaper. Unfortunately, it's a bad hair day and he needs help.

In this story, Ed Bighead will do anything to win the championship trophy. He commissions Rocko, Heffer, and Filburt to play against his woman's auxiliary team (called the "Gutter Gals" comprising of his wife Bev, Virginia Wolfe (Heff's mom), and Tammy the Pig) in place of the original team that went to join a monastery. Ed becomes too obsessed with winning and drives away his team after a disgruntled Virginia, berated by Ed for her poor bowling skills, leaves and when Bev and Tammy grow tired of his Lombardian approach to the game. Ed then "disguises" himself as Bev; donnig a mophead and pink lipstick due to the fact that player substitutions are illegal. Ed bowls the winning frame which really he only needed one pin to win (he was haunted by the time he bowled for Conglom-O and gravely screwed up when he needed only one pin to win and instead ended up destroying the bowling alley). As he accepts his trophy, the real Bev shows up to get her purse. Ed's cover is thereby blown and is disqualified and the trophy was awarded to "The Losers" (the team of Rocko, Heffer, and Filbert).
