Paul J. Hagerty High School is the newest high school in Seminole County. The school is currently a 9th and 10th grade center. Each year a new grade will be added until 2009 when the first group of seniors will graduate. The Principal of the school is Sam Momary.
Hagerty High School has athletic programs in lacrosse, volleyball, swimming, golf, football, cheerleading, cross country, bowling, weightlifting, track and field, basketball, soccer, softball, wrestling and baseball.
An important part of Hagerty High is their band. Under the direction of Mike Rice the band has received "Superior" ranking two years in a row at the FBA district 6 marching band competition. The band recently received their marching uniforms.
Hagerty High School is the rival school of Oviedo High School. The schools are academic and athletic rivals. The most notable rivalry is the football team rivalry. The football program at Hagerty is not yet a Varsity program so there isn't an official record.
The school's mascot is the Siberian Husky. And the colors are blue and silver.
