Haaften (51°49′N 5°13′E) is a village in the Dutch province of Gelderland. It is a part of the municipality of Neerijnen, and lies about 15 km north of 's-Hertogenbosch.

Haaften was a separate municipality between 1818 and 1978, when it was merged with Neerijnen.[1]

In 2001, the village of Haaften had 2306 inhabitants. The built-up area of the village was 0.54 km2, and contained 816 residences.[2] The statistical area "Haaften", which also can include the peripheral parts of the village, as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 2620.[3]
