This article needs more than simple copyediting and wikifying, I feel that the information about the specific cases the subject is involved in should be moved to their own pages, but as I am not an expert in law cases on wikipedia I will leave that move to another user.

A concern I have with the article is that the only references listed seem to be articles posted on a personal website which are written by one of the plaintiffs in the cases mentioned.

In fact, I believe the subject of this article does not have sufficient notoriety see WP:NOTE

I think you may be correct regarding general notoriety - although I think this article was originally built in a wave of articles related to hawaiian sovereignty, where he does have significant notoriety. Tough call. --JereKrischel 02:23, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
