Şenlendirici has his own band, Laço Tayfa, which collaborated with the famous American ensemble, Brooklyn Funk Essentials, to record the album, In the Buzzbag. Şenlendirici made two other albums with the band, Bergama Gaydasi and Hicaz Dolap, before releasing a solo album, The Joy of the Clarinet.

[edit] History
Şenlendiri comes from a familiy rooted deeply in musical culture. His grandfather, Hüsnü Şenlendirici was a clarinettist, as his other grandfather, his father played the trumpet. He started playing clarinet when he was a five years old boy. He attended Turkish Music State Conservatory in Istanbul University in 1988 to study music, at the age of 12, however, he dropped out of the school 4 years later.
In those years, he played with the famous Magnetic Band, a band put together by percussionist Okay Temiz. He took part in Embrio's recordings, and went on tours together. After quitting school, he has devoted himself to music and he hasn't dropped his clarinet ever since.
