Im a team leader in a mould shop. I have been processing for 13 years. My work is in low volume high cost production, where the customer works just in time, so stock levels never exceed 24 hours. Fast turn around of tools is very important in my work, where machines are changed upto 8 times a day. tool changes are as fast as possible, we use magnetic and hydraulic mould clamp systems.
