[edit] Summary

a news photo of New York mobsters Louis "Lefty Louie" Rosenberg and Harry "Gyp the Blood" Horowitz as appearing in Herbert Asbury's "The Gangs of New York". I believe the photo, published prior to 1914, falls under fair use as a historically significant photo of a famous individual and used for informational purposes.
