As mentioned in the article the site is currently covered and under renovation.

Okay, but I think the main picture should be of the Gwanghwamun without scaffolding, perhaps you can add the scaffold picture later in the article.Bethereds 14:12, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

that's what I plan to do, a smaller picture at the bottom of the article next to its last few lines
