Oppose. Ports are often notable in and of themselves, and apart from the cities they're part of. See Port of San Francisco, Port of Oakland, and Port of Hong Kong for examples. --Yuje 06:09, 20 February 2006 (UTC)

  • Oppose - I agree with Yuje about the notability of many ports, although in this case the port is being built from scratch and the fishing town that was associated with it is being moved some distance away so a larger city can be built. However, the port is worth an article in itself. Green Giant 03:32, 27 February 2006 (UTC)
