It says he "never set foot outside of Italy". However, I believe that, by virtue of being a relative of Archbishop Fulk of Rheims, he had hopes of being crowned king of France and in fact travelled as far as Langres where the bishop crowned him such. But because of Odo's coronation that year (888), he turned and went back with designs on the crown of Italy and the emperorship. Srnec 02:53, 19 January 2006 (UTC)

He was the third Guy to rule Spoleto, but apparently the second to rule Camerino. Because he was the first duke of Camerino, he can also be found numbered as Guy I. His immediate successor was not his brother, but his nephew, Lambert's son Guy II. Srnec 14:01, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
