Guy Hunt (golfer)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Guy Hunt (born 17 January 1947) in Bishop's Stortford) is an English golfer. He turned professional as a sixteen year old in 1963, which was not then an uncommon age for a British golf to turn pro. He finished fifteenth on the European circuit money list in 1971, which was the last year before the formal establishment of the European Tour, and also made the top twenty three times after the top began: 1974, 1975 and 1977. His sole European Tour win came at the 1977 British Masters. He later worked as a tournament administrator and he also played on the European Seniors Tour from 1997 to 1999, but he did not win at that level.
