Gustavo Restrepo (born Gustavo Restrepo Moreno on April 22, 1984 in Barranquilla, Colombia) is a Virginia-based game programmer and level designer. Restrepo is known for his level design and programming role in the unreleased HL2 modification Dreamscape: Pin Point Blank. His internet pseudonym is <VISOR>. Before joining the Dreamscape team Restrepo designed Counter-Strike levels and programmed graphical applications in OpenGL. He currently holds a Computer Science degree from Penn State University and works as a consultant for CGI-AMS.

Family Member: Gustavo has an older sister called 'Susana the Banana'. She also went to Penn State.
