The Game Rankings website can be coerced into providing a complete list of all the games it tracks, along with the average score associated with each one of them. This information can then be copied into OpenOffice Calc. From there the data can be processed in a manner of ways, but the simplest to to gain an overall average score.

Of the 3 589 games they had listed on January 3, 2007, the average score was found to be 74.24%. They seem to have started at some point during the Sega Dreamcast's lifespan.
