Gungarlin River (New South Wales)

Gungarlin River located in New South Wales in the Kosciuszko National Park. Eventually flowing into Lake Jindabyne which forms part of the Snowy Mountains Scheme. The Gungarlin River is popular during the Trout fishing season as defined by the New South Wales Fisheries. Also popular in summar for cyclists and hiking groups. There are many Mountain huts along or close to the river including Daveys Hut, Botherum Plain Hut and Kellys Hut. These huts are often used for fly fishing group accommodation.
