Gulnara Karimova, from a wealthy American-Uzbek businessman called Mansur Maqsudi revealed the opulent lifestyle enjoyed by his circle.

An asset division imposed by a court in New Jersey awarded Ms Karimova $4.5 million (£2.4 million) of jewellery, at least $11 million holdings in Dubai and Geneva and business interests valued at $60 million. They included a ski resort complex, nightclubs and telecommunications investments.
