The German Wiki says Knopp, that Knopp is both a historian and a journalist as does the English Wiki.--Carabinieri^T_T^a_a^l_l^k_k 14:31, 22 May 2006 (UTC)

My personal opinion is that he Knopp is an idiot, who loves nothing more than to portray the suffering of Germans in WW2 in order to relativate the crimes commited by them, as do many other German historians, see Ernst Nolte. I have watched his series about the flight and expulsion of Germans, quite mild comparing to Expelled opinions. Now Poland is responsible for US bombs, Soviet torpedoes and Nazi administration (www.z-g-v.de).
