Guindy

Guindy is one of the key neighbourhoods of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. It is the home for one of the oldest and main industrial estates of the city and also houses some of the important landmarks of the city. It is surrounded by Saidapet in the north, Kotturpuram and Adyar towards the east, Velachery in the south and Adambakkam and St. Thomas Mount in the west. Guindy also houses one of the oldest industrial estate in India(Thiru-Vi-Ka industrial estate) and the Electronics estate which houses hundreds of small scale electronics industries.
