Guilty or Innocent of Using the N Word is a 2006 documentary directed by British director, Bhavna Malkani.

The documentary explores questions and issues around the derogatory ‘N’ word that many feel shy to discuss as it's often categorised as a taboo subject area. The twenty eight minute film breaks down the word chronologically from the history of the word all the way up to hip hop's influence on the acceptance and commercialization.

Guest appearances in the documentary include M-1 (rapper) of Dead Prez, Grouchy Greg, CEO of Allhiphop.com, Philadelphia rapper "The Last Emperor", hip-hop producer/rapper "Marchitect" and others.
