The Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators (GAPAN) is one of the Livery Companies of the City of London. The Guild was established in 1929 and was granted the status of a Livery Company in 1956. The Guild is responsible for advising the government on air safety and aeronautics.

The Guild ranks eighty-first in the order of precedence for Livery Companies. Its motto is Per Cælum Via Nostra, Latin for Our Way Is By The Heavens. Its first objective is "To establish and maintain the highest standards of air safety through the promotion of good airmanship among pilots and navigators".
