Guido Trenti (born December 27, 1972 in Milan, Italy) is an American professional road bicycle racing cyclist who rides for Liquigas in the UCI ProTour and has ridden in each of the three Grand Tours.

In 2001, Trenti became the first American to win a stage at the Vuelta a España.[1] In 2002, Trenti represented the United States at the World Cycling Championships.

He lives in Mussolente during the racing season.
