Guide To Better Living is the debut album by Australian rock group Grinspoon. It was released in 1997 and includes the hit "Champion". This song was used on "Gran Turismo 3".
The album was named after a Sunbeam booklet of whitegoods from the 60's. Grinspoon insisted on recording their album locally in Byron Bay rather than heading for a big city studio. The album reached no.3 and spent 26 weeks on the national charts. The album later went on to achieve double platinum status and generated a number of hit singles.
