Gufi Paintal

Gufi Paintal, is an Indian actor. He worked in some notable Bollywood movies in 1980s, after which he played. He has also worked in television serials and plays. His brother Paintal and his son Hiten Paintal are also actors.

Tough he his four years older tan his brother Paintal he is four years younger than him in the entertainment industry. Actually, their father sent Gufi for engineering and his brother to FTII. Both of them landed in Bombay in 1969 and Gufi took up modeling, worked as an assistant director for movies and acted in various movies and serials. He has also directed his brother. His most perfect role to present is that of Mama (Maternal Uncle) Shakuni in the Mahabharat adaption by B.R. Chopra and his son Ravi Chopra.
