GUBA

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

GUBA is a video hosting service allowing users to upload and watch video clips, similar to YouTube. It also sells and rents videos in Windows Media DRM restricted formats. It was founded in 1998 as a Usenet service provider. The company is based in San Francisco's financial district.

It is unique in its approach to video sharing as the website searches Usenet groups for videos and provides the results as content for the site.
