Gualberto Antonio Castro (born July 12, 1934, in Mexico City) is a Mexican entertainer best known for singing with Los Hermanos Castro ("The Castro Brothers") and for hosting the television program La Carabina de Ambrosia.

Castro began his career as a backup dancer when he was 14 years old. Later, he joined cousins Arturo, Jorge, and Javier to form Los Hermanos Castro. The singing quartet toured the United States and entertained in Las Vegas, Nevada, for many years. Los Hermanos Castro were famous for their four part harmony with Gualberto’s tenor singing lead. They recorded numerous albums; one of their most famous hits, “Yo Sin Ti”, became a popular song throughout South America.

When returning to Mexico, Los Hermanos Castro broke up. Gualberto began a solo career, recording one album a year and appearing in numerous night clubs, theaters, movies and television; he was a long time emcee for the “La Carabina de Ambrosia” weekly television show during the early 1980s. He entered and won the OTI award twice and has received numerous awards and honors from Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Colombia and the United States. Most recently he received a lifetime award for entertaining from the ANDA.
