Guadalupe MRT Station is a station on the Manila MRT Blue Line (MRT-3). Guadalupe station is one of the many elevated stations that can be found on the line. The station is located in Makati City and is named because of its location in Barangay Guadalupe Nuevo in Makati. The barangay (and its counterpart barangay, Guadalupe Viejo) is named after Our Lady of Guadalupe.
The station is the fifth station for trains headed to North Avenue and the ninth station for trains headed to Taft Avenue. It is also the last MRT station south of the Pasig River.
Guadalupe station is near two major seminaries, namely the San Carlos Seminary and the Our Lady of Guadalupe Minor Seminary, which are both run by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila. It is also near a shopping complex, which is connected to the station's concourse by a walkway.

Jeepneys and buses can be taken to destinations to and from the station. Cycle rickshaws can be found in areas further away from EDSA.
