This photograph of singer Gordon Thomas in New York City's Times Square by photographer Lee Towndrow has been released as an advertising/promotional image by film director Malcolm Fraser, in connection with the documentary film "Everything's Coming My Way," which was directed by Fraser and Stacey DeWolfe.

The image is uploaded under a claim of fair use, in connection with an article that profiles Mr. Thomas and references the film by Fraser and DeWolfe.
