Founded in 1988 by two students from the University of Reading, Mark Blythe and Adrian Wood, GTI Specialist Publishers has grown to be one of the leading graduate careers publishers in the UK.

GTI started life in a single room and after 18 years now has offices in Ireland, Malaysia, France, and Germany. Head office is based near Wallingford, Oxfordshire with approximately 80 members of staff.
