Hello, World.

My name is Graham Freeman. grudnuk.com is my website, though there's not much happening there at the moment. I used to keep a little old weblog called Virulent Memes, but I don't do that anymore. If anyone starts an article about me on the basis of that, I will be the first to call for it's deletion. I am not notable!

The current pot I seem to be bamming is collating informative articles on the grassroots leagues and clubs of Australian Rules Football, particularly around the Riverina and North East Victoria areas. God knows why. Maybe so 15 year old obsessives can't challenge their notability. Someone has to give a shit, and apparently it's me at the moment.

Current articles in progress:

Ovens & Murray Football League (could someone run the grammar broom over that, by the way? I got to the stage where I was writing down what I knew and not really caring about how readable it is. Hopefully my effort will inspire others to spruce up the articles for other big country leagues like Bendigo and WGL instead of just writing little stubs about third game AFL footballers.

Hume Football League (seriously.)

The bulk of what I've planned for the above two is pretty much there, I just need to put lists of premiers (arguably one of the most important bits) and I'm pretty much done. Well, aside from doing all the clubs, but at least I'll have them in context.

I also want to do Coreen and Tallangatta and O&K and all those smaller leagues down the track. I just need to drag out some better sources of information. (The footypedia stuff is useful as a guide, but I found enough inconsistencies that it's definitely something that needs to be doublechecked.)

I'm also enthusiastic to music but goddamned if I'm going to go anywhere near the articles in that category. Though I reckon I did a pretty good job bringing the Hunters & Collectors one up to speed a few months back, glad to see that all the changes there by others since have been good ones. :)
