Gslist
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
gslist is a game server browser designed by Italian programmer Luigi Auriemma. It helps online gamers find game servers. gslist is under active development since 2002.
The open source software gslist differs from competitors because its primary purpose is the retrieval of encrypted server-databases of its competitors, therefore usage and to some extent discussion inside the United States most likely violates several patents and laws. Use of gslist is required to retrieve closed lists of servers from Gamespy Master Servers for games without public Master Servers like the Battlefield series.
gslist also offers limited scanner features.
gslist interacts with the user primarly through a command line interface but it also offeres a rudimentary Web browser interface.
