Hello. I decided that I may as well write a user page for myself.

• I was born in San Jose, California, United States of America, in 1986. I grew up in nearby Campbell, California.
• I currently attend the University of California at Santa Cruz. I am working toward a bachelor's degree in linguistics.
• I use Linux as my desktop operating system.
• I play guitar and mandolin.
• I listen to heavy metal music, including death metal and power metal. My favorite bands include Opeth, Blind Guardian, Ulver, Vörnagar, Sonata Arctica and many others.
• I am ideologically a political independent, but I am registered as a Democrat in order to vote in their primary election.
• I participate in recreational classical fencing. I am also an avid cyclist.
• I am almost fluent in the Spanish language.
