- A nickname used by Homer Simpson to refer to Patty and Selma Bouvier, Marge Simpson's older twin sisters on the animated series The Simpsons.

Throughout the 80's and 90's, they released under various pseudonyms including TGT and The Genetic Terrorists. Gruesome Twosome had one massive danceclub hit, Hallucination Generation released September 15, 1989.
