Oh really? I thought it was important enough to have multiple articles in both Russian and foreign press, and important enough to put both the MVD general in charge of Moscow region and the MVD commander of Chechnya (Boris Fadeyev, Mikhail Levchenko) on trial. Yeah, nothing to see here (sure, it's just a bunch of dead Russians, but why we even have a "friendly fire incidents"[1] category?).
