Großostheim

Großostheim, (spelled Grossostheim in English) is a municipality in the Aschaffenburg district of Bavaria, Germany.

Großostheim lies at the northeastern border of the Odenwald mountains in the region Bayerischer Untermain. It covers an area of 44,31 km² with around 16.500 inhabitants as of 2005.

The headquarters for Nintendo Europe are located in Großostheim. It's referenced in the german translation of Secret of Evermore, where the main character starts his adventure in the city of Großostheim. This, of course, is an In-joke to Nintendo fans, as the city in the game doesn't represent the bavarian community.
