Großbeeren

Großbeeren is a town in the district of Teltow-Fläming in Brandenburg in Germany.
It has about 5000 inhabitants and is located 3 km south of Berlin.
On August 23, 1813, the Sixth Coalition under Crown Prince Charles of Sweden defeated the French in their advance on Berlin at Großbeeren.
