Where was this case tried? Would it be possibble to get a photo of Willie Griggs? Knerq

It went to the supreme court, but if you mean where was it appealed from, apparently 4th Circuit court of appeals. See the findlaw external link. RJFJR 22:47, 3 November 2005 (UTC)

Perhaps the article should point out that this ruling only applies to business with 15 or more employees. Smaller businesses are exempt from laws against discrimination in hiring.
