Grisoft

Grisoft is a privately held company that specializes in security software with corporate offices in Europe and the United States. Grisoft acquired Ewido Networks in April 2006 and recently upgraded their main product of AVG Anti-Virus from version 7.1 to 7.5. Ewido is included in the Network edition of the program, even though it is not called Ewido in the control panel.
