Grimshaw is a town in northern Alberta located west of Peace River at the junction of Alberta Highway 35, Highway 2, and bypass Highway 2A, and the Mackenzie Northern Railway.
Originally surveyed in 1921, Grimshaw was incorporated as a village in 1930, and then a town in 1953.
Population: 2,435 (2005).
