Who Cares a Lot: Greatest Videos is the VHS version of Faith No More greatest hits album Who Cares a Lot?. It contains almost all of the band's music videos (only "Ricochet" and "Another Body Murdered" are not included), a new live video ("This Guy's In Love With You"), and behind-the-scenes interviews and footage, most of which was taken from a previous video release, Video Croissant. It is the most complete Faith No More video release to date.

  • "Stripsearch" is not listed in the back or on the tape, but is featured between "Evidence" and "Last Cup Of Sorrow", making it track 14. The video was directed by Philip Stolzt.
  • "This Guy's In Love With You" (Live From Sydney) is also not listed on the tape, or back cover, but comes after "I Started A Joke", making it the 18th video on the tape. It was directed by MTV Europe
  • The back of the VHS states that te running time of the tape is 120 minutes. However, the correct running time is in fact only 80 mins. It might of been confused since 80 mins=1hr & 20min.
