[edit] Suggested 40k Article Guidelines
I have:
- An overall page of general guidelines
- A list that defines different types of articles on differt subjects
-
- For Armies "Army Page"
- For Technology "Technology Page" (equivalent to "Weapons, Vehicles, Equipment Page", or, "WVE page")
- For Notable Planets "Notable Planet Page"
- (User:Pak21 already made guidelones for notable characters, but a link to that is included)
- A statement of purpose for my guidelines
- Left room for more guidelines to come
--Nothing offical will be done with the guidelines (moved or put to use) until several Wikipedians involved in the Warhammer 40,000 project have verified it.-- Colonel Marksman's Proposed Guidelines

[edit] Grey Knights origin
Can I suggest updating the Grey Knights origin with the posisbility that they are descended from loyal 'traitor' geneseed from 8 of the Eisenstein crew?- Primarch
- You can suggest it. However, it shouldn't be added to the article unless you can cite a verifiable, reliable source for that claim in accordance with policy. Cheers --Pak21 06:58, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
- Sure. Merrett, Alan (2006). Horus Heresy – Volume IV: Visions of Death. Nottingham: Black Library. 8 marines with latent psyker powers from the Eisenstein flight are presented by Malcador to the Emperor and it is strongly implied that they go on to form the first Grey Knights.Primarch 11:42, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
- Since there doesn't seem to be any disagreement, can I assume that it would be acceptable to edit the Grey Knight origin myself? If so, I'll simply add the extra canonical theory on top of what is already there.Primarch 02:38, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
- Well, I've gone ahead and altered the page accordingly. Hope everyone is satisfied with the result. Let me know if further information or alteration is required.202.7.166.174 13:47, 13 September 2006 (UTC)
