[edit] Removed introductory clause

I removed, "One of fastest growing communties," for now. It just didn't make sense because it needs a "the", but that wasn't the whole reason for removal. That sort of statement would need both a source and would need to clearly identify what it is being compared against. Is it the fastest growing community in Chesapeake? in Virginia? in the United States? with a name that starts with G? I certainly have no objection to its re-addition, but please make sure that the clause makes sense and that it either has a source cited or the "fact" template added after it.
