I have made some changes to the article - rewritten to make it a little more readable and took out a couple of POV statements. I am a current employee, so I hope it is acceptable for me to edit the information - I have tried to keep the tone of my new text NPOV and factual. Brickie 17:24, 13 November 2006 (UTC)Brickie
