Green Green (PC) Logo

I created this picture by taking a screencap of the logo from the opening movie for the PC game "Green Green" using a program called VirtuaDub.

The source, as mentioned, is the OP.avi that is installed with the Green Green game for PC. A bigger version of this picture can be seen at "http://www.yare-yare.com/images/gg1/gg1logo.jpg". I am the current owner of Yare-yare.com, and to my knowledge, it is the only website that holds and uses the picture in the presentation of a review I have written for this especific game.

I believe the image is up for fair use due to the fact that it is a plain white image with the logo for the game on it, and as such I am by no means limiting or hindering the distributors/developers/creators of any revenue, sale or opportunity of sale, since in essense the picture I created from their work shows nothing as far as content of the actual game is concerned.
