The Grey Company is the force of Dúnedain, Elves, and other Men from the North of Middle-earth in J. R. R. Tolkien's legendarium. They came south to aid Gondor in their fight against Sauron and Mordor. The Company met up with Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli near Pelagir and along with the Dead Men of Dunharrow, they boarded the ships of Umbar. The Army of the Dead then departed and the others continued on to fight in the Battle of the Pelennor Fields.

The Grey Company is also the name of a massively multiplayer online game guild based in Western Europe. Their website is located at http://www.thegreycompany.co.uk
